Dr. Ritu Banawat is a MLA from Bayana constituency in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. She is currently 39 years old in 2023 and holds an LLB degree from Rajasthan University, which she obtained in 2017. Dr. Banawat further pursued her academic aspirations by completing her Ph.D. from Rajasthan University, Jaipur, in 2015.

She is wife of Rishi Bansal. Her electoral triumph was marked by a significant victory, securing the mandate with a margin of more than 4000 votes as indeprendent candidate.

Ritu Banawat was previously associated as Director with Milestone Electromech Private Limited.
