Rameshwari Devi Government Postgraduate Girls College,Bharatpur

City of Bharatpur is home to Rameshwari Devi Girls College. The Maharaja Surajmal Brij University, located in Bharatpur, is affiliated with the College. The University and College Education Department of the Government of Rajasthan has prescribed a calendar for the institution’s academic year that is in line with that schedule. The College was established with the intention of giving girls access to higher education, and it was recognized by the UGC under 2f and 12B in March 1985. Twenty departments from the College’s three faculties—Arts, Science, and Commerce—offer a variety of programs.

The college also provides training programs like RSLDC, remedial coaching classes for ST/SC/OBC/Minorities, NET/SET coaching classes, etc. Rameshwari Devi Girls College was awarded the title of “College with Potential for Excellence” by the University Grants Commission. The college also provides elective courses in computer application and journalism.

The college makes every effort to maintain a sanitary and healthy environment.

32 teachers make up the faculty at the college, with 21 women and 11 men. The faculty includes 21 Ph.D. Holders. D., 02 are M.Phil. Candidates, and the remaining 09 are postdoctoral candidates.
